Aurum’s executive team, all formerly of AW Property Co., has worked together for more than ten years, operating more than 2.5 million square feet of medical and office properties. In addition to Applefield, Aurum’s executives are Mali Liberty, Principal and CEO; and Vincent G. Hermanns, Principal and COO.
