Peter Applefield is the founding principal of Aurum Property Partners. Mr. Applefield focuses on business development, acquisitions, and brokerage. Peter’s work includes analysis and due diligence of acquisitions, and oversight of all Aurum leasing. Peter has more than thirty-five years of experience in all facets of commercial real estate. He enjoys golf, biking, wine, and UVA basketball.
