Vincent Hermanns is a principal and the Chief Operating Officer of Aurum Property Partners. Mr. Hermanns oversees the company’s operations and reinforces its strategy and mission. In addition to managing Aurum’s operations, Mr. Hermanns leads the asset management, property management, and construction management teams while directing due diligence and maintaining client relationships. Vincent has over twenty years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate and has held positions managing property operations for commercial real estate and national risk management firms. He enjoys mountain biking, mixed martial arts, and coaching his daughter’s soccer team.
