Hialeah Medical Plaza, 96% leased at the time of the sale, is located at 777 East 25th Street, Hialeah.
Aurum Property Partners (Aurum) exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the Seller, a medical investment fund. Aurum also sourced the Buyer, Virtus Real Estate, LLC (Virtus), a private equity firm located in Austin, TX. Virtus’ opportunistic strategy is focused on investing in cycle-resilient niche property types including medical office buildings, senior living, student housing, and self-storage properties.
Virtus has retained Aurum to provide property management, financial, and leasing services.
